We are supporting a global automotive manufacturing company in their search for an experienced SAP HCM Product Owner. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving the development and optimization of HR IT solutions within an international environment.
- Full-time employment contract (UoP) with an established global company.
- 100% remote work or hybrid option in Wrocław.
- Attractive salary package depending on experience + annual bonus.

- Proven experience as an SAP Consultant, with expertise in Payroll and Time Management.
- Solid background in project management and experience acting as a Product Owner or similar leadership role in HR IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM integration with SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English
