In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Strategy, Experience Design, and Software Engineering Scrum Teams to help our customers—and Autodesk—achieve key business and technology goals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions that bridge the physical and digital worlds through reality capture, geospatial intelligence, and design integration.This role requires a strategic mindset, strong technical acumen, and a passion for solving complex customer problems through data-driven workflows and immersive experiences. **Responsibilities** Partner with Product Managers, Business Strategy, Sales, and customers to assess and prioritize product requirements, resulting in clear and achievable product roadmaps. Collaborate with Experience Design, customers, and Software Development teams during discovery and research phases to align on improvement plans.Work with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Delivery to support product launches and drive adoption success. **Qualifications** 1+ years of experience leading software engineering teams or serving in roles such as Scrum Master or Product OwnerProven experience across the full software development lifecycle—from requirements analysis to delivery. Experience in enterprise-level product development, delivery, and agile methodologies. Experience in architecture, BIM modeling, sustainability, reality capture aspects are a big plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to set goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive team culture. Business-level proficiency in English.
