We’re looking for a hybrid Product Owner / Project Manager - someone who understands clients, defines requirements clearly, and can translate business needs into structured, deliverable tasks. You’ll collaborate closely with both the tech team and sales department to scope projects, prepare offers, and make sure delivery runs smoothly from start to finish. Previous technical experience as a developer is a huge advantage!

responsibilities :

Gather and analyze client requirements, define clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Prepare technical specifications, project documentation, and support estimations
Collaborate with sales, developers, and designers to shape project scopes
Manage priorities, backlog, and timelines using Jira / Confluence
Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal teams
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients
Ensure that deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards
Implementing and standardizing project management best practices across the entire department
Proactively preventing and managing crises, including timely issue escalation, developing recovery plans, and preparing decision-ready options
Providing regular reports and recommendations on the status of the project portfolio
Initiating changes and improvements within the delivery area

requirements-expected :

3+ years of experience as a PO / PM / BA or similar hybrid role
Experience in software houses or digital product environments (must-have)
Proven experience in client-facing delivery ownership (end-to-end) - from requirements to release
Strong skills in requirements engineering - running workshops, translating needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear documentation
Ability to drive scope - negotiate trade-offs, manage change requests, and protect timelines/budgets
Strong experience with risk management & escalations - early warning signals, escalation paths, recovery plans, and stakeholder alignment
Ability to prepare decision-ready options for management (recommendation + alternatives + impact on scope/time/cost/risk)
Excellent communication skills - transparent status reporting, expectation management, and conflict handling with clients
Hands-on proficiency with Jira/Confluence (backlog, workflow, reporting, documentation standards)
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
B2+/C1 English with strong client-facing communication
