Then this might be the position for you, as we are looking for a Product Owner to join us in Financial Crime Prevention in the SEB Warsaw.As a Product owner you will work as a part of agile team focusing on maximizing the value of the deliveries to our stakeholders.

• Work experience with IBM BAW or any other product used for workflow automation would be an advantage, maybe you have in the past worked as an analyst or developer within automation. 
• Expertise in developing and optimizing business processes using Pega and Appian platforms 
• Knowledge and experience within Financial Crime prevention area would be a benefit. 
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to interact successfully within all levels of the organization. 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

,[Own, prioritize and manage transparent product backlog. , Consolidate one prioritized backlog and roadmap (including Stakeholder needs, regulatory requirements, architectural/tech transition & team improvements) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. , Communicating with stakeholders, understand their needs and bring their voice to Delivery team. , Ensure continuous improvement of the product while achieving organisation goals, by enabling self-organization, continuous learning and cross collaboration within the team. , Contribute the strategic agenda of the Financial Crime Prevention organisation.  Requirements: IBM, Appian, Stakeholder management, Pega Additionally: Private healthcare, Life insurance, Sport subscription, Training budget, Flat structure, International projects, Free coffee, Bike parking, Shower, Mobile phone, Modern office, Free snacks, Free beverages.
