Join our team as a Product Owner. The product owner develops a product and/or process vision based on customer needs and stakeholder expectations, defines product features, and communicates decisions transparently within the team. The product owner is responsible for ROI through backlog prioritization based on business value, engaging with customers and stakeholders to collect feedback, and ensuring product quality with the development team. This includes creating reusable solutions.

Together with your team you will be doing:

• Develop a product and/or process vision
• Create and be responsible for the product backlog, determine sprint backlog prior to every sprint through prioritization by business value and/or customer benefits
• Ensure stable operations per service level agreements, IT security guidelines, user privilege management policy and regulatory requirements (e.g., in connection with the backlog)
• Manage the relationship with customers/stakeholders
• Maintain early recognition of impending problems; understand overall context and consequences beyond urgent problems; develop new and innovative problem-solving approaches; the developed solutions can serve as templates for standard processes
• Actively manage the product with a focus on production stability
• Advise the team on infrastructural and architectural matters
• Improve products, services, processes and/or systems
