What will you do?

At Group Digital & IT, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large. You will be part of the Data, Analytics & BI team. Data is the core component of the Volvo Groups digital transformation journey. In Analytics & BI, we deliver value by fulfilling business needs within different data and analytics domains, in close collaboration with our key stakeholders and users. As the Digital Product Owner, you will own AI & Analytics products in Finance, Communication, Legal & Compliance domains. You will turn the roadmap into deliverables and secure the alignment with the overall strategy and product vision. You will be the functional leader of a newly created team, manage the team backlog prioritization and delivery. You will gather the requirements from stakeholders across Group Functions to deliver solutions enabling data-driven business decisions.

Your future team

Your team will be a newly established team of highly skilled data professionals, such as Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Architects. You will closely collaborate with Digital Product Managers from Group Finance, Compliance, and Communication. Your team and stakeholders are spread across different locations, mainly in Poland (Wroclaw) and Sweden (Gothenburg). You will report to the Head of Group Functions Data.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner in the IT industry (working according to agile methodologies)
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Analytics and AI technologies (e.g. GenAI, Machine Learning, Azure, Phyton)
• Excellent communication skills with diverse IT and business stakeholders
• Experience in starting and structuring new projects and teams
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work with multiple initiatives in parallel
• Fluency in English
