responsibilities :
Work with the Product Manager for your business area to find the best solutions to build a scalable, flexible and reusable set of customer management services to suport the lifecycle of the customer
Build the best picture for your assigned product areas and be the go-to person for information on your product area
Define and prioritise the squad backlog in consultation with the cross-functional team and key stakeholders
Break EPICs into detailed user stories and feature specifications in JIRA for the team to pick up and build (story, acceptance criteria and scenarios)
Work with the Tech Lead to set objectives for sprints and ensure the quality of output (ensuring Product Governance processes are adhered to) focusing on risk and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and build your services from the API first to enable a number of consumer journeys in line with published standards
requirements-expected :
Previous experience in product ownership in technical roles
Strong understanding of data schemas, event driven architecture and APIs and backend application development
High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to balance customer and regulatory needs
Demonstrated ability to produce conclusive and measurable results
Previous experience of productising migration activity to be a service that can be used again and again for potential future use with clients or acquisitions
Previous experience of migrating live systems on a modern event driven microservice tech stack
