about-project :
The End-to-End Steering Tribe is responsible for developing strategies and tools that support process management in an end-to-end logic. Our goal is to design and implement solutions that streamline operational processes, enable monitoring of key decision points, and support the organization in making informed decisions.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the development of products and services in the area of data warehouses and data platforms, delivered to internal clients. Your tasks will include managing the product backlog, collaborating with technology and business teams, and defining the strategy for the development of analytical solutions.
responsibilities :
Build the vision and strategy for data-related products.
Manage the Product Backlog in line with the product strategy and customer feedback.
Communicate business goals and priorities through the Product Goal and Backlog.
Collaborate with business process owners, IT teams, and other Product Owners.
Support the development team by organizing the backlog, providing feedback, and removing obstacles.
Work with Data Owners to ensure data quality in assigned products.
Promote best practices in data architecture and analytics.
Support team competency development in Microsoft technologies (Azure DataBricks, PowerBI).
Work in an international environment across diverse markets and teams.
Build trust-based relationships through open and effective communication.
Share knowledge and foster skill development within and beyond the team.
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing data warehouses or analytical solutions.
Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT, data integration, and analytical architecture.
Experience with Microsoft Azure (especially DataBricks), Airflow.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, assertiveness, and team collaboration.
Excellent self-organization, attention to detail, and accountability.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
