As a Proxy Product Owner, you will take on a pivotal role in our agile and international software development projects. Your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with the Product Owner on the customer side to create and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Taking ownership of prioritizing tasks and organizing customer workshops to gather requirements and feedback effectively.
- Translating customer requirements into prioritized backlog items, such as epics and user stories, to guide the development process.
- Developing customized solutions and supporting their implementation in agile projects, including Scrum, to deliver value to our customers.
- Managing the product backlog effectively to ensure that the Scrum team remains focused on delivering value and achieving project success.
- Staying informed about technological trends and developing innovative ideas and new business models to proactively address customer needs.
- Providing support to project managers in budgeting and forecasting by offering insights into resource requirements and project dependencies.

Requirements:
- Proficient in English; German language skills would be a plus.
- University degree in computer science, business administration, or a comparable mix of knowledge/experience.
- Various professional backgrounds are welcomed; familiarity with Agile mindset, Scrum/Kanban, and intrapreneurship is appreciated.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- High tolerance for change and ability to adapt to project ambiguities.
- Willingness to learn frequently and work with dependencies.
- Openness to regular weekly visits to the Katowice office.
