We are looking for a Product Owner proficient in Jira. Our new Specialist will be working closely with the client, a US company developing a platform to help maximize Jira performance. 

Due to the client’s time zone, we would appreciate a candidate who can work until 7:00 p.m. 

This is a 100% remote position, but if you enjoy working from an office, you’re warmly welcome to join us there too ?

• At least 5 years of professional experience in an IT Project/Product Manager position.
  
• Proficiency with Jira and familiarity with requirement decomposition best practices.
  
• Being available to work at least until 7 pm CEST. 
• Experience managing a product backlog, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and organizing epics and technical tasks.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint execution.
• Understanding of QA, UAT processes, regression planning, and release validation.

It would be nice if you have:

• Experience in Cloud technologies.
  
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

,[Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to understand product needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements., Develop, refine, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined and ready for development., Create epics, user stories, and technical tasks in Jira that accurately reflect business needs and solution expectations., Work with customer-facing teams to prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and development capacity., Partner directly with the development team to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and ensure smooth execution throughout the sprint., Manage backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives., Track sprint progress and proactively manage risks, delays, and scope adjustments., Partner with the team to ensure adequate UAT coverage, regression planning, and smooth release validation.
