  • We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive functional solutioning, cross-domain analysis, and end‑to‑end delivery of complex features within Daylight PMS. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Developers, UX, and other Product Owners to shape high‑quality solutions that meet customer and business needs.

responsibilities :


  • Business Understanding & Solution Definition
  • Understand the business perspective and be able to represent the goal for the development team.
  • Perform system-wide functional analysis for cross-domain initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on functional and technical direction. Lead focused architecture discussions with technical leads.
  • Evaluate alternate solutions and propose business aligned options.
  • Conduct early impact assessments to identify dependencies and risks.
  • Technical Collaboration & Development Support
  • Translate business requirements into clear epics and user stories with acceptance criteria, while documenting end-to-end process flows, conceptual solutions, dependencies, and impacted areas.
  • Work with development leads to structure solutions for system-wide initiatives accordingly, ensuring appropriate planning, sequencing, and technical feasibility.
  • Prepare work items so they are fully ready for development through structured pre-grooming reviews with technical leads, followed by comprehensive refinement sessions.
  • Collaborate across modules and development teams to manage dependencies, align on technical impacts, and plan accurate delivery timelines.
  • Maintain a well organized backlog by planning upcoming sprints, keeping a healthy pipeline of actionable stories, and ensuring workload is appropriately balanced for the development team.
  • Serve as the domain expert, leveraging deep product knowledge to guide decisions and support teams across the company with accurate functional insight.
  • Own feature delivery from concept to post-release support, meanwhile coordinating with QA and Support for testing, release, and troubleshooting.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Encourage cross team collaboration and knowledge sharing by proactively supporting colleagues and responding to requests for help.
  • Pursue continuous learning, actively expanding knowledge and exposure to new ideas to elevate product outcomes.
  • Provide regular delivery and risk updates to Product Manager and Product Director, escalating delays early and aligning on mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate communication between product, engineering, and architecture to ensure alignment on priorities and decisions.
  • Lead sprint reviews and product updates to internal and external stakeholders as needed, presenting completed work with clear, value focused narratives.

requirements-expected :


  • 5+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Functional Architecture.
  • Comfortable partnering with System/Solution Architects and supporting the creation of conceptual or architectural documentation.
  • Proficient with process flow and domain modeling tools, and skilled in creating concise, high level solution documentation.
  • Experience with API-driven, distributed platforms.
  • Ability to explain how different parts of the platform work and interact, ensuring shared understanding across teams.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence (or similar) and backlog hygiene practices (refinement, prioritization, definition of ready/done).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills. Fluent English is required.
