responsibilities :

Analyzing use cases, features, business, and technical rules to define overall product goals and create detailed roadmaps
Defining user stories and prioritizing the Scrum Team’s backlog to ensure consistent delivery of business value
Collaborating with international teams, including developers, business analysts, product owners, and various stakeholders
Refining and developing business cases for new initiatives, aligning them with short, medium, and long-term objectives
Taking full ownership of product solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals at every stage

requirements-expected :

At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Software Project Manager, or Business Analyst in eCommerce or online sales
Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, particularly SCRUM methodology
Experience working in Agile environments, successfully delivering complex projects through iterative development cycles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving business and technical challenges
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate meetings and influence stakeholders at all levels
Residing in Poland required
