In this role you"ll be responsible for managing the vision, setting goals, and maximizing the value of the product. Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translate them into specific tasks for the development team, ensuring that the product evolves in a direction that is consistent with user needs and the companys goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Building the vision and strategy for the development of products and services delivered to internal customers. Responsibility for the end-to-end process within the assigned product.
- Managing the Product Backlog to maximize product value in line with the adopted product strategy and based on the "voice of the customers." Ensuring the transparency, visibility, and understanding of the Backlog at every level of view.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with internal customer representatives across all Kruk Group markets.
- Collaborating with business process owners and the IT team manager in identifying needs and risks arising from proposed and implemented changes.
- Communicating the Product Goal, Product Backlog items, and through them, business priorities and goals.
- Collaborating with other Product Owners to manage dependencies and with Data Owners to manage data quality in assigned products.
- Cooperating with the Data Warehouse.
- Actively supporting the development team by communicating the vision, organizing the Product Backlog, providing feedback, answering questions, and resolving obstacles.
Our requirements:
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
- Ability to use Jira or willingness to learn it.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Interpersonal skills, communicativeness, assertiveness.
- Excellent organization of own work, attention to detail, responsibility for actions.
- Ability to build MVP based on business requirements.
- Knowledge of business processes related to the scope of the assigned product.
- Process thinking skills.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to make decisions.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Product Owner.
- Experience in cooperation with external contractors.
Nice to have:
- General knowledge of data model development.
- Practical knowledge of product financing (budgeting, ROI, team capacity management)
