Job Description
- Own end-to-end Software Asset Management strategy and governance across BSH
- Drive the license lifecycle: demand intake, approvals, provisioning, and other activities
- Steer commercial outcomes: license demand planning, software vendor management, cost and risk control
- Act as Product Owner for the SAM toolchain: roadmap, integrations, automation, and data quality
- Lead cross-functional teams and the License Manager community; enable best practice and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Extensive Enterprise IT/SAM experience; proven PO/PM in scaled-agile environments
- Deep licensing expertise (SaaS, on-prem, cloud) with strong commercial acumen (TCO/ROI)
- Very good command of the English language
- Data-driven: KPI design, reporting, and analytics; CMDB/ITSM/USU familiarity and tooling literacy
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication in English
- Relevant certifications: ITIL 4, SAFe PO/PM, FinOps Practitioner (or equivalent)
