Job Description

• Own end-to-end Software Asset Management strategy and governance across BSH
• Drive the license lifecycle: demand intake, approvals, provisioning, and other activities
• Steer commercial outcomes: license demand planning, software vendor management, cost and risk control
• Act as Product Owner for the SAM toolchain: roadmap, integrations, automation, and data quality
• Lead cross-functional teams and the License Manager community; enable best practice and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Extensive Enterprise IT/SAM experience; proven PO/PM in scaled‑agile environments
• Deep licensing expertise (SaaS, on‑prem, cloud) with strong commercial acumen (TCO/ROI)
• Very good command of the English language
• Data‑driven: KPI design, reporting, and analytics; CMDB/ITSM/USU familiarity and tooling literacy
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication in English
• Relevant certifications: ITIL 4, SAFe PO/PM, FinOps Practitioner (or equivalent)
