Overview
Digital & Technology Team is an integral division of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center. We are committed to making Heineken the most connected brewery by digitalizing and integrating our processes, ensuring best-in-class technology, and embedding a data-driven culture.
Responsibilities
- owning the products delivering the modern Digital Workplace product to the global HEINEKEN end-users, including capabilities for Device Management, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Content, collaboration and productivity platforms. Examples: End point management through Intune, Patching, Office apps and mail, Voice & Video communication, File Storage and meeting room facilities and digital adoption (e.g. Co-Pilot)
- delivering with the help of our partners the services around these platforms so that the end users experience a Simple, Intuitive, Seamless, Fast, Reliable, Robust and above all Secure environment in which they can focus on their work and not on the tools
- accountability for effective Product Backlog management, especially deciding on priorities and directions to maximize value delivered by the product team
- responsibility for the financial governance of the digital workplace platforms
- continuously evaluating the economic efficiency of HEINEKENs workplace solutions. Included are all expenditures (capital and operating expenses) and proceeds (charge‑outs to HEINEKEN operating companies, OPCOs)
- developing the annual budgets and contribute to annual 5‑year planning to project the long‑term run rate of digital workplace solutions
- managing internal stakeholders across:
- all Functional domains (e.g. Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance)
- 4 D&T Hubs in each region, Global Information Security
- Business Application teams
- External partners, e.g. Microsoft, T‑Systems, Gijima, OrangeTrail
- in collaboration with Tribe Product Architect and Enterprise Architecture, defining the architectural standards for the Digital Workplace, developing roadmaps and efficient operational management standards
- collaborating with Scrum Master to lead a high‑performing, agile product team to deliver fit‑for‑use and fit‑for‑purpose technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in IT
- work experience, years of experience required in a complex international environment (Countries/Regions)
- strong and demonstrated leadership experience with Digital Workplace in a multinational environment for the product team
- proven experience in managing global teams (combining internal employees and external partners), creating a trusted, business‑focused mindset, and developing secure design strategies for related services
- proven experience in identifying, selecting, and implementing relevant new technologies and influencing the business with a formal global financial business case for its related services
- an entrepreneurial mind‑set and an ability to connect with internal and external audiences including senior management
- sense of urgency to enable & support OpCos and its Operations with the related services
- preferably PSPO certification
- clear focus on shaping the future and connecting with the right stakeholders to drive the vision, and able to understand what it takes to develop himself and others to deliver on this vision.
