Product Owner

We are iGamingNuts, an affiliate company creating and managing proprietary websites in Poland and abroad. Our goal is to provide clients with comprehensive knowledge about sports betting through dedicated websites and products. We offer betting tips, analyze bookmaker products, and prepare detailed reviews based on our experts extensive knowledge.

We are looking for a Product Owner responsible for developing the product vision, maximizing business value, and co-creating growth strategies in the dynamic iGaming industry. The ideal candidate understands agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), SEO, affiliation, and works effectively in Jira. They should follow the sports market, understand its dynamics, manage backlogs, set priorities from a business perspective, and translate business requirements into clear tasks for the development team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of affiliate products in the iGaming industry.
• Translate business goals into product requirements.
• Coordinate the needs of stakeholders from IT, SEO, Marketing, and PM departments, managing expectations and translating strategic goals into measurable results.
• Prepare and supervise task descriptions in Jira, manage backlog priorities, monitor deadlines, and refine the backlog.
• Participate actively in Scrum meetings.
• Analyze competition, market trends, and user data.
• Collaborate with marketing and SEO analysis teams.
• Monitor the effects of implemented functionalities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a PO or PM in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of the affiliate and SEO industry.
• Understanding of the iGaming, Sports Betting, and Sports Industry.
• Analytical mindset and experience working with data.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush.
• Independence, responsibility, and good organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with developers, CEOs, and task assigners.

Preferred

• Experience with content products (e.g., news portals).
• Knowledge of the gambling industry and legal restrictions (compliance).
• Experience collaborating with remote teams.
• Conceptual understanding of WordPress, including terminology, CMS operation, templates, plugins, and limitations.
