The project focuses on building and governing the ESG CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) solution, bridging the gap between business and IT, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

You will act as the Product Owner on behalf of the Group Finance division, ensuring business requirements are captured and translated into functional deliverables. You will oversee milestone execution and support the team in delivering high-quality, compliant reporting capabilities.

Hybrid work - 2 days per week from the office (Warszawa, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź)

Your responsibilities

• Oversee the development of the ESG CSRD reporting solution on behalf of Group Finance.
• Act as the link between business and IT teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
• Evaluate decisions and their cross-functional impact.
• Define, refine, and prioritize functional requirements derived from business needs.
• Manage and monitor progress against key project milestones.
• Collaborate closely with Agile teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

Our requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Experience working with Jira and within SAFe Agile environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies.
• At least a basic understanding of financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Snowflake and Snowflake SQL.
• Experience in the banking sector.
• Familiarity with ESG regulatory frameworks, including CSRD.
