We are looking for a strategic Senior Product Owner B2B to lead our enterprise upskilling product vision and drive measurable impact for corporate clients navigating the AI transformation era.
What you will do
- Define product vision and roadmap: Build long-term strategic plans (6+ months) that balance immediate client needs with future AI/ML capabilities. Identify market opportunities, define Ideal Customer Profiles, and validate Product‑Market Fit in corporate learning markets.
- Drive enterprise product development: Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver personalized learning paths and scenario‑based assessments at scale. Coordinate technical requirements for complex integrations with enterprise LMS, knowledge bases, and HR systems.
- Navigate stakeholder complexity: Work directly with international leadership team, manage relationships across B2C/B2B product lines, and serve as the voice of enterprise clients internally. Balance competing priorities while maintaining diplomatic effectiveness.
- Establish success metrics: Move beyond vanity metrics to define and track real business outcomes—retention, skill development velocity, ROI for corporate clients. Build frameworks that prove measurable impact to C‑suite stakeholders.
- Enable sales and marketing: Translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions. Create messaging that resonates with corporate decision-makers and supports enterprise sales cycles.
- Lead client discovery: Conduct structured sessions with enterprise clients, synthesize feedback across diverse stakeholders, and incorporate insights into product requirements that solve real business problems.

Requirements
- B2B SaaS/EdTech product leadership: Proven track record managing enterprise products through complete cycles—strategy to measurable outcomes. Understand long sales cycles, multi‑stakeholder decision‑making, and enterprise complexity.
- Deep market understanding: Know what corporate clients truly need for workforce development—upskilling pain points, compliance requirements, and how learning fits into broader business strategy.
- AI/ML product knowledge: Hands‑on experience building or managing AI‑powered products. Articulate concrete use cases and understand how AI will transform corporate learning in the next 2‑3 years.
- Strategic thinking + execution: Build roadmaps that extend beyond six months while also rolling up sleeves for hands‑on product work. Define vision and deliver it.
- Cross‑functional leadership: Coordinate between technical teams, sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders. Negotiate skillfully, manage conflicts diplomatically, and align competing priorities.
- Technical product management: Write technical requirements, understand API integrations, work with engineering teams, and grasp enterprise security and compliance needs.
- Advanced English (C1+): Communicate clearly with international teams and enterprise clients. Translate complex technical concepts into concise business language.
