Job Description

To further execute our plan, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Product Owner to lead the expansion of our disruptive B2B SaaS solution. You will use your expertise to maintain and extend our product alongside a highly motivated team of founders, domain experts, creatives, and engineers. This role requires an active individual eager to leverage their expertise to lead development in a fast-growing market, with ample opportunities for a future leadership role.

Over the last seven years, we have built our product from the ground up. From a startup to a scale-up, our team has grown, and our product is regarded as one of the best in the European venture capital and private equity industry. We are scaling quickly and plan to further expand our offerings based on feedback from over 400 funds we serve. We are seeking an exceptional Product Owner who wants to grow with us.

What Youll Do

Organizational Excellence

• Own and manage daily product operations in a scrum environment, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily standups.
• Ensure JIRA tickets, specifications, and acceptance criteria meet high standards and are well-prepared.
• Track and monitor progress, address blockers, and keep the team aligned on priorities.
• Ensure the development process runs smoothly and delivers high-quality features on time.

Creative Problem-Solving

• Transform client feedback, data, and ideas into actionable product features.
• Innovate and ideate new functionalities to push fintech boundaries, even with ambiguous guidance.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to brainstorm, prototype, and implement creative concepts.
• Solve problems efficiently, often with ambiguous information.

• Relevant Experience: Background in building B2B finance, data, or SaaS products; experience with complex functionalities; committed to growth.
• Financial Expertise: Strong foundation in finance, accounting, or economics; ability to communicate with financial professionals.
• Craftsmanship: Skills in product development or design; proven record of delivering quality products.
• Leadership: Collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to inspire teams.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical, critical thinker capable of practical solutions.
• Hands-On Approach: Enjoy building and refining products from start to finish.

We welcome career changers from business roles or those involved in software projects with a deep understanding of fund administration, accounting, or asset management, and a motivation to pursue product management.

What We Offer
