Analyze and capture product requirements in close collaboration with Product Team Lead, Business Analysts and other Product Owners.
Build trusted partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization to elicit business requirements and develop a deep understanding of user needs.
Assess and anticipate issues, risks, and business impacts and participate in the development of business cases.
Present and guide stakeholders through trade-off decisions and prioritization to define requirements with clear alignment to business goals.
Translate business requirements into documentation for the engineering team including writing functional requirements, specifications, flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with scrum master, engineering team and product design team to manage and communicate backlog priorities, feature scope, facilitate sprint planning and resolve delivery issues.
Contribute to product demos, release documentation and go-live activities.
Define and track success metrics for new features/enhancements in collaboration with the Product Team Lead.
