We are looking for a Middle or Senior Product Owner to join our growing Product Management group and help us shape the future of our Fintech SaaS platform.
You will take ownership of a defined functional area within the product, collaborating closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and other Product Owners to deliver real value to end users and ensure the product grows in the right direction.

Your Daily Missions
- Taking ownership of the product backlog for a defined area of our Fintech SaaS platform.
- Managing and refining backlog items to ensure clarity, prioritization, and business alignment.
- Acting as the go‑to person for developers regarding functional requirements, domain understanding, and sprint goals.
- Supporting new development teams in onboarding to the product – helping them understand context, priorities, and dependencies.
- Working closely with other Product Owners to coordinate cross-domain initiatives and resolve interdependencies.
- Actively challenging and influencing backlog shape and priorities to ensure the most valuable work gets done.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and internal experts (QA, UX, BAs, Tech Leads, etc.) to define, validate, and refine requirements.
- Participating in planning, refinement, and review sessions with Scrum teams.
- Maintaining transparency about goals, timelines, and decision rationale with all stakeholders.
The Essentials We’re Seeking
- You have minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software development projects.
- You understand Agile delivery and product thinking, and are comfortable with iterative discovery and delivery.
- You’re able to manage a backlog independently and take ownership of its scope, quality, and prioritization.
- You can collaborate with stakeholders to gather input, but you’re confident in making prioritization decisions based on product value.
- You speak English at the C1 level and are confident communicating both technical and business aspects.
- You are comfortable working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar backlog and documentation systems.
- You know how to challenge assumptions, spot gaps, and propose better solutions — always in a constructive, collaborative manner.
- You are detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and proactive — and you enjoy being part of a fast‑paced, product‑focused environment.
