About the Role
You will be the driving force behind critical platform features, guiding them from concept to launch. As a Product Owner you will own the roadmap, align stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high‑impact functionality for the world’s leading nonprofits.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of the feature lifecycle, from discovery and user validation to delivery and post‑launch analysis.
- Collaborate daily with designers, analysts, and engineers to translate user stories and business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Own and meticulously manage the product backlog, ensuring development priorities align with the strategic roadmap.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Serve as the central point of contact for your features, aligning stakeholders across the organization.
- Define success metrics and work with analysts to measure the impact of delivered features, using data to guide future decisions.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all product requirements and processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and proven experience with Scrum/Kanban.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into detailed user stories and product requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, high attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Native Russian speaker; fluency in English (C1) required.
- Comfortable working in a remote‑first, distributed team environment.
