Product Owner

Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform that powers tens of millions of dollars in donations each month. We empower nonprofits with a fast, seamless, and accessible donation experience built on cutting‑edge technology.

Highlights

  • Location: Remote (CET hours preferred)
  • Compensation: €5000 – €6300 per month
  • Team: Russian‑speaking with English fluency (C1) required

About the Role

You will be the driving force behind critical platform features, guiding them from concept to launch. As a Product Owner you will own the roadmap, align stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high‑impact functionality for the world’s leading nonprofits.

What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of the feature lifecycle, from discovery and user validation to delivery and post‑launch analysis.
  • Collaborate daily with designers, analysts, and engineers to translate user stories and business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Own and meticulously manage the product backlog, ensuring development priorities align with the strategic roadmap.
  • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for your features, aligning stakeholders across the organization.
  • Define success metrics and work with analysts to measure the impact of delivered features, using data to guide future decisions.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all product requirements and processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and proven experience with Scrum/Kanban.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into detailed user stories and product requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, high attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Native Russian speaker; fluency in English (C1) required.
  • Comfortable working in a remote‑first, distributed team environment.

  • Direct experience in the non‑profit technology or payments space.
  • Experience managing cross‑functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience in product analytics.
