We are looking for a Product Owner who will:
• Implement the goals of the Individual Property Insurance Area together with the teams by
o Maximizing the value of products delivered by the teams
o Optimizing the use of team capacity
• Be responsible for the delivery of products by 2 Scrum teams by:
o Close cooperation with business stakeholders in the scope of reported needs
o Building a Product vision
o Clearly defining and communicating the goal to be achieved in the organization
o Working on business needs
o Skillfully building MVP together with stakeholders
o Backlog Care/Prioritization
• Agreed on business and technology priorities with Stakeholders in the organization (Business, IT)
• Transparently communicated the results of Teams' work in the Organization
• Continued education and continuous development in the field of techniques and skills of managing product development and cooperation with stakeholders
Profile:
• 3 years of experience
• Defining and communicating the product vision
• Product backlog management: creating and decomposing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing tasks, planning and supervising the product life cycle
• Effective and transparent communication with the development team, stakeholders and the organization, ability to lead meetings and workshops, effectiveness in negotiations and conflict resolution
• Effective analysis and problem solving: risk and competition analysis, collection and analysis of product end-user data, data-driven decision-making
• Maintaining, synchronizing and maintaining the product roadmap and initiatives
• Practical knowledge of the Agile (Scrum) methodology
• Risk and resource management
• Advanced analytical skills
• Highly developed communication skills
• Effectiveness in action, orientation towards business goals
• PSPO certificate
• Basic knowledge of the software development process
• Nice to have: knowledge of the insurance industry
Knowledge of tools:
• JIRA, Confluence
• Office, SharePoint, Teams
• Nice-to-have: Kibana, APM
Project:
Core system supporting the entire property business. The domain includes a monolithic Guidewire system customized for the company's needs + private cloud with microservices
Team:
• Ultimately, PO will have 2 teams. The team structure is 5 people (3dev, 1QA, 1AN)
