to work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality product iterations;

5+ years in a Product Owner or Product Manager role;
excellent communication abilities and fluency in English (min. B2)
experience in trading, financial infrastructure or a highly technical product environment;
technical background (engineering, computer science or equivalent);
proven experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks;
strong skills in requirement definition, user-story creation, backlog management;
data-driven mindset: comfortable with SQL, analytics or visualization;
familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence or equivalent;
good understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud-native technologies;
excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
