We are looking for you if:

• You have 4+ years of experience with Product Owner and/or Product Manager role, with a good understanding of product management methodologies such as Lean, Agile and Design Thinking.
• You are familiar with Data, Advanced Analytics and Data-driven Products.
• You are comfortable with technical components and software engineering.
• You have good background in BigData and/or Software Development.
• You are great with people, being able to shape cooperation, keep communication smooth and clear.
• You know how to react under priority changes and unexpected situations in a team.
• You hold a university degree.
• You can speak and write fluently in English.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Hands-on Azure Boards/Azure DevOps experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead your squads discovery and delivery roadmap: find (data) problems, prioritize ideation backlog, design and execute experiments to decide what problems need solving.
• Work with a squad of Engineers, Designers, and Data engineers to discover the potential of a product idea, the user problem (user research) and validate and prototype.
• Ability to develop structured product concepts and features from abstract ideas and increased user demands with complex challenges.
• Manage all the stakeholders in the tribe.
• Work closely with area Product Manager and Tech Lead on product strategy and vision.
• Understanding and enthusiasm for technology, advanced analytics and data science methods.

APDP (Analytics Platforms and Data Products) has a purpose to build data analytics products that benefit ING’s employees, clients and the bank overall. With an enthusiastic team of about 80 - engineers, data scientists, UXers and product owners, we build solutions that make the bank more data-driven.
