As a Product Owner for our Time & Attendance System, you will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our system that supports the analysis and billing of driver work in the transportation industry.
This product enables you to detect regulatory violations and perform road transport-specific payroll calculations and is part of Eurowags unique integrated digital platform proposition. It allows us to leverage our expertise placing us at the forefront of Work Time management across the whole Europe.
Youll work closely with the development team on a daily basis, providing quick decisions and explanations, ensuring seamless alignment with our overarching strategy in the digital transportation space. responsibilities :
Lead as a Product Owner within our cross-functional WTM Online team, consisting of software engineers, QA engineers, and UX/UI designers.
Working closely with the development team to prioritize the product backlog and defining user stories.
Ensuring the team understands the requirements for each feature or improvement.
Translating product roadmap features into actionable tasks and user stories.
Prioritizing the backlog to align with the product strategy to deliver maximum value.
Acting as the key point of contact for the development team to provide clarity on business requirements.
Supporting with the details of product delivery and sprint planning.
requirements-expected :
2+ years experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager preferably in a digital product company.
Ability to break down cross-functional technical projects into well-sequenced deliverables, deliver results and drive alignment in the team.
A customer-centric mindset with solid customer development skills.
Experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
An analytical mindset with interest in data, analytics and technology.
Solid decision-making and prioritization skills, especially when multiple trade-offs are involved and faster decisions are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
