Product Owner Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities Manages the vision of what is to be built and conveys that vision to the business architects / design leads. Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the customer needs and translates them into backlog items. Expresses team backlog items along with acceptance criteria while prioritising them to best achieve the vision. Ensures that the Team Backlog is visible, transparent and clear to all relevant stakeholders and shows what the DMT team will work on next. Manages a front door process for accepting new items into the backlog. Ensuring demand fits with wider HSBC strategy and mazimises re-use of existing assets. Ensures that backlog items are completed. Works closely with the DMT team to inspect and assure the work being delivered and evaluate progress. Is accountable for the deliver of the backlog items in line with the vision. Acts as the voice of the customer, making sure that the development work is maximised towards the vision. Maintains and leads communication with business and technology stakeholders. Our requirements Expertise in Design Management with understanding of how the different lenses on architecture fit into a end to end design. Comprehensive knowledge of design management reporting including identification and reporting on key metrics. An understanding of the business architecture value proposition in the context of a value stream, a global function and an enterprise. The ability to translate unstructured and partial information into clear and concise requirements. The ability to identify and influence key stakeholders, and the confidence to constructively challenge them where needed. Experience in applying Design Thinking. Knowledge of and experience in Service Design. Experience in data architecture and knowledge of data governance best practices. Be technology architecture literate.
