responsibilities :

Collaborate with the Product Team to establish the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Present solutions to stakeholders and clients, gather feedback, understand customer needs, and incorporate them into product development.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with roadmaps, planning, impact assessments and ROI analysis.
Define low level requirements (as User Stories) to deliver the product goal.
Map business processes & create workflow models.
Facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to generate feedback.
Ensure that cross-functional teams have a shared understanding of product goals, customer needs, and the business value to be delivered.
Work closely with the delivery team to ensure user stories, product design, and quality standards are met, and challenge solutions where appropriate.
Design and implement products based on business requirements with the usage of appropriate technologies.
Oversee quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet the defined acceptance criteria.
Conduct and support competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy, positioning, and decision-making.

requirements-expected :

1 year of experience in a Product Owner role or similar.
Good communication skills, positive attitude, open-minded.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Experience with Jira.
Experience with Power Platform technology (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Certification in Agile methodology (e.g. scrum, safe) and power platform will be a plus.
English language proficiency: minimum level of B2 (preferably C1) as most interactions and documentations would be in English.
