responsibilities :
Agile Leadership: Lead and guide the agile product team to manage and develop a customer onboarding orchestration service.
Product Vision: Collaborate with the Product Manager to create scalable, flexible, and reusable solutions that support multiple financial products.
Product Expertise: Become the go-to expert for assigned product areas, ensuring stakeholders have a clear picture of the product’s status and future direction.
Backlog Management: Define and prioritize the squads backlog, working closely with the cross-functional team to ensure that key priorities are addressed.
Story Creation in JIRA: Break down EPICs into detailed user stories, writing clear specifications with defined acceptance criteria for the development team.
Sprint Planning & Governance: Collaborate with the Tech Lead to set sprint objectives and ensure the team follows product governance processes, focusing on risk, quality, and regulatory compliance.
API-First Approach: Design and build services using an API-first approach, ensuring they enable multiple consumer journeys and meet industry standards.

Product Ownership Experience: Proven experience leading API or B2B2C products through all stages of the product lifecycle.
Customer-Centric Approach: A focus on understanding what delights technical and business users, with the end-customer experience in mind.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of API, backend application development, and working knowledge of SaaS, Embedded Finance, or BaaS.
T-Shaped Profile: Broad business and technical skills with deep experience in product discovery, design, and development.
Metrics-Driven & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage competing priorities and make consumer and data-driven decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in balancing customer needs with regulatory compliance and managing key stakeholders effectively.
