A US-based company is looking for an experienced Product Owner who will define and deliver features for the food & beverage industry, aligning user needs with the client’s product vision. You will collaborate with engineers, dietitians, and business stakeholders to shape and prioritize the product backlog. The role includes overseeing development, coordinating product launches, and supporting both internal and external communication. You will also assist in the sales process by providing product demos and client support. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to bridge business and technology are essential. Experience in eCommerce or the food service industry is a plus.
This is a B2B contractor role for a clearly defined project. The scope and requirements are already established, and the project is expected to last 6 to 9 months.
Working model: Remote, openness to work in the US Central Time zone (10 AM - 6 PM Polish time)
responsibilities :
Write detailed requirements for the go-forward solution based on discovery and pre-work that has already been completed.
Collaborate with UI-UX team to take wireframes to high fidelity mock-ups
Shepard product requirements through SDLC – architecture review, engineering refinement, development and testing
Review solution with customers throughout the process to ensure all use cases are accounted for
Work with internal Syndigo teams on commercialization and GTM activities
requirements-expected :
1-3 years of experience as a product owner, product manager, operations manager, or project manager with a technology-focused organization (e.g. SaaS product firm, eCommerce Analytics)
Track record of leading technical projects through full life cycle from definition to post-launch in an Agile Software Development Environment
Strong ability to translate product concepts and ideas into functional requirements
A passion for or experience with the food & beverage, nutrition, or fitness industries is not required but encouraged.
