As a Product Owner within The Travel Corporation, a global travel company with over a century of experience, operating more than 40 brands worldwide, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, UX/UI designers, and QA to define requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure that delivered features meet both user needs and business objectives.
You will act as the main point of contact for all product-related matters, gather feedback continuously, and work with the team to improve processes and enhance the user experience. responsibilities :
Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
Defining product requirements: Elicit, gather, and analyze user needs and requirements. Translate these requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritizing the backlog: Regularly review, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the highest value items are prepped for upcoming sprints.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for the product, ensuring all teams and stakeholders are aligned in terms of direction and priorities. This includes frequent communication with development teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
Iterative Feedback: Gather stakeholder and user feedback and ensure that developed features meet user needs and expectations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and other departments to ensure everyone understands and is aligned with product goals and requirements.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and work proactively with other team members and departments to address and mitigate them.
User Experience Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product provides an intuitive and engaging user experience.
Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement improvements in product development processes. Keep abreast of industry best practices and apply them where relevant.
Documentation: Ensure thorough and up-to-date product and feature documentation is available for both internal teams and end-users.
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in an IT environment.
Fluent English (spoken and written) – you’ll use it daily.
Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum.
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you’re the bridge between tech and business.
Experience with Jira or similar product management tools.
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
