responsibilities :
Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
Defining product requirements: Elicit, gather, and analyze user needs and requirements. Translate these requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritizing the backlog: Regularly review, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the highest value items are prepped for upcoming sprints.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for the product, ensuring all teams and stakeholders are aligned in terms of direction and priorities. This includes frequent communication with development teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
Iterative Feedback: Gather stakeholder and user feedback and ensure that developed features meet user needs and expectations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and other departments to ensure everyone understands and is aligned with product goals and requirements.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and work proactively with other team members and departments to address and mitigate them.
User Experience Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product provides an intuitive and engaging user experience.
Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement improvements in product development processes. Keep abreast of industry best practices and apply them where relevant.
Documentation: Ensure thorough and up-to-date product and feature documentation is available for both internal teams and end-users.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in the IT industry.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken – a must.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Business analysis skills and ability to define requirements.
Strong communication skills, team collaboration, and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of product management tools (e.g., Jira)
Can-do attitude, strong time-management skills and ability to work quickly under pressure
High ability to multitask, remain organized and prioritize effectively
