Position Summary

INNERGY is seeking a Product Owner to support our CAD/CAM product portfolio, including solutions shaped by the Microvellum acquisition. This role reports to the Director of Product, CAD/CAM (U.S. West Coast) and plays a critical role in translating product direction into clear, actionable work for a globally distributed engineering team.

This is a highly execution-focused role requiring strong comfort working across global time zones, with particular emphasis on supporting a Poland-based development team. The ideal candidate brings exceptional polish, clarity, and responsiveness—ensuring developers have a well-groomed backlog, fast access to answers, and clear priorities to keep delivery moving.

Flexibility for occasional later working hours is required to effectively collaborate across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a well-groomed, clearly prioritized product backlog aligned with product direction
• Translate roadmap direction from the Director of Product into polished user stories and acceptance criteria
• Serve as the primary product contact for Poland-based developers, providing timely clarification during their working hours
• Participate in and support development ceremonies and delivery events across global time zones
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clean execution
• Maintain clear documentation and communication to ensure alignment across regions and teams
• Support ongoing integration and evolution of Microvellum-related product initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Demonstrated experience working with distributed or international engineering teams
• Strong communication skills with a high level of professional polish and clarity
• Ability to operate with urgency and ownership in a fast-paced, scaling organization
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting CAD, CAM, ERP, or manufacturing software products
• Familiarity with global product organizations and cross-time-zone collaboration
• Exposure to Microvellum or similar CAD/CAM platforms
