For our clients needs, we are looking for a Product Owner who would like to join and lead our agile product team, taking ownership of products in our BaaS Customer and Channels domains.

It is required to be present in the office in Warsaw 2 days per month, and the remaining time can be worked remotely within Poland.

• Previous experience in product ownership in technical roles (must have)
• Migration dervices experience 
• Strong understanding of data schemas, event driven architecture and APIs and backend application development
• High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to balance customer and regulatory needs
• Demonstrated ability to produce conclusive and measurable results
• Previous experience of productising migration activity to be a service that can be used again and again for potential future use with clients or acquisitions
• Previous experience of migrating live systems on a modern event driven microservice tech stack
• Excellent communication skills (English C1)

,[ Work with the product manager, engineering team and architects to define the best solutions to ensure a smooth migration mitigating as much of the risk as possible as we transfer ownership of aspects of our platform , Keep both platforms aligned throughout the migration as we serve real customers with regulated banking products and services , Prioritise the squad backlog in consultation with the cross-functional team and stakeholders , Break EPICs into detailed user stories and feature specifications in JIRA for the team to pick up and build (story, acceptance criteria and scenarios) , Work with the Tech Lead to set objectives for sprints and ensure the quality of output (ensuring Product Governance processes are adhered to) focusing on risk and regulatory compliance Requirements: Stakeholder management, Communication skills, Data, API, Backlog management, Market analytics, Business analysis, Product vision Tools: Agile, Scrum.
