Main Responsibilities

• Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product, and business stakeholders;
• Manage the backlog;
• Drive team priorities, tying them closely with higher level organizational goals;
• Own business-related decisions, set direction on the feature;
• Monitor product performance and customer behaviour, identifying improvement areas and growth opportunities;
• Take full ownership of one product line.

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner;
• Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment;
• Ability to independently navigate an ambiguous environment;
• A tendency to proactively raise challenges and identify solutions;
• Work on a B2C product is a plus.
• Be based in Krakow or Wroclaw (role is remote, however).

Salary Range

• 20,700 - 25,700 PLN gross/month
