responsibilities :


  • Acting as a product owner for strategic PwC platform used internally and externally by our clients,
  • Defining a product vision that would bring the greatest value to the customer,
  • Creating and maintaining a product roadmap for product, aligned with business goals and customer needs,
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements,
  • Identifying solutions based on proven best practices or new approaches,
  • Preparing and documenting clear and comprehensive requirements,
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing product backlog, including management of internal and external stakeholders expectations,
  • Product development and optimization of its value using Agile framework,
  • Tracking and monitoring the product progress at each stage of the development,
  • Representing a team in front of stakeholders, clients or users,
  • Coordination and synchronization of work of feature owners, business analysts,
  • Taking part in Product Reviews and Product Demos.

requirements-expected :


  • At least 8 years professional experience in the role of Product Owner and work with Product Backlog in the financial services area, as well experience in implementing new products and features,
  • Experience in working with business and technical teams, defining requirements, establishing product backlog,
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience in working in SCRUM,
  • Experience with testing strategies and leading the full life cycle delivery of projects,
  • Understanding of IT development process and systems architecture,
  • Higher degree (preferred Computer Science, Economics, Physics, Operational Research or related),
  • Very good communication skills in English (C1),
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills - essential in day-to-day cooperation with clients and the team,
  • The ability to cooperate with others on the implementation of tasks in an international environment,
  • Product Management certification,
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
