,[Work with the product manager, engineering team and architects to define the best solutions to ensure a smooth migration mitigating as much of the risk as possible as we transfer ownership of aspects of our platform, Keep both platforms aligned throughout the migration as we serve real customers with regulated banking products and services, Prioritise the squad backlog in consultation with the cross-functional team and stakeholders, Break EPICs into detailed user stories and feature specifications in JIRA for the team to pick up and build (story, acceptance criteria and scenarios), Work with the Tech Lead to set objectives for sprints and ensure the quality of output (ensuring Product Governance processes are adhered to) focusing on risk and regulatory compliance Requirements: Backlog management, Defining business requirements, Product vision Tools: Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
