We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team and drive innovation in the digital banking sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep expertise in credit cards or private banking area to drive innovation and deliver exceptional value to our affluent and private clients. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the strategic vision and leading the development of our card product vertical within private banking.
responsibilities :
Defining and executing the long-term strategy for credit card products within the affluent and private banking segment
Developing pricing models and strategies that maximize product margins and support sustainable growth
Conducting market analysis and international benchmarking to identify opportunities and build a strong unique value proposition
Driving the team’s agile practices, supporting efficient release cycles, backlog prioritization, and performance management
Creating product concepts and translating them into comprehensive epics, user stories, and clearly defined acceptance criteria
Maintaining well-structured and high-quality documentation in Jira to ensure all solution designs are properly captured and up to date
Providing support and oversight in handling customer issues and production-related problems
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience working as a Product Owner
Strong background in credit card or private banking products
Demonstrated experience collaborating with major card networks, such as Mastercard or Visa
Experience managing and guiding a cross-functional Scrum team of analysts, developers, and testers
Ability to define and execute a product vision, set priorities, and make decisions that drive business outcomes
Strong financial and market analysis capabilities to support product decisions, pricing strategies, and performance monitoring
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams
Fluency in spoken and written English
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
