We are looking for a Product Owner – BI Solutions to join our team and lead the development of a global Business Intelligence platform. In this role, you will drive the platform’s strategy, scalability, and compliance while working with cloud and BI technologies (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Power BI). You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver secure, data‑driven solutions.
Employment Form
We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract.
- UoP: 14 700 – 17 000 PLN gross/month
- B2B: 125 – 145 PLN net/hour + VAT
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap, balancing stakeholder needs with technical and strategic priorities;
- Drive scalability, automation, and cost efficiency while ensuring performance, security, and compliance;
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies, regulations, and internal standards;
- Facilitate PI planning and Agile ceremonies;
- Define and track KPIs to measure platform success and value;
- Act as the main contact point for stakeholders;
- Collaborate with Architects and Agile Leads to ensure timely deliveries;
- Manage team capacity and coordinate dependencies;
- Oversee platform incidents and implement proactive strategies.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role in a data/BI environment;
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure);
- Strong knowledge of BI platforms, data pipelines, and infrastructure;
- Hands‑on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including Scrum ceremonies;
- Ability to define a vision, manage backlogs, prioritise, and align technical with business objectives;
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics for business stakeholders;
- Adaptability and a proactive approach in fast‑paced, global, and diverse teams.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Matillion, and Oracle; Experience or interest in DevOps practices and Data Engineering;
- Knowledge of security, cost optimisation, KPI management, and data compliance in BI platforms;
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
