Preparing and leading Design Reviews with suppliers and Train System Engineers (TSE).
Managing technical Subsystem Project Single List of Issues (PSLI) and Risk Analysis Mitigation Plans (RAMP).
Driving the technical development of systems, including mechanical, electrical installation, electronic elements, and software interfaces with the Train Control Management System (TCMS).
Supporting critical technical issues at various sites when needed.
Participating in R&D work packages and sustaining plans, including second sourcing, obsolescence management, and cost optimization.
Wymagania
A degree in engineering or a related field.
Experience in engineering and application of products in the railway industry.
Strong problem-solving abilities and structured investigation skills.
Customer and product focus, with the ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal and external stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Good time management and reporting skills.
English proficiency for reading, writing, and participating in technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
