Obowiązki

• Ensuring catalog products and processes are fully applied within projects using tools like Connector and Design Review CheckList (DRCL).
• Preparing and leading Design Reviews with suppliers and Train System Engineers (TSE).
• Managing technical Subsystem Project Single List of Issues (PSLI) and Risk Analysis Mitigation Plans (RAMP).
• Driving the technical development of systems, including mechanical, electrical installation, electronic elements, and software interfaces with the Train Control Management System (TCMS).
• Supporting critical technical issues at various sites when needed.
• Participating in R&D work packages and sustaining plans, including second sourcing, obsolescence management, and cost optimization.

Wymagania

• A degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience in engineering and application of products in the railway industry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and structured investigation skills.
• Customer and product focus, with the ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Good time management and reporting skills.
• English proficiency for reading, writing, and participating in technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
