Job Description
Product Marketing Manager at Tylko – shape the narrative, launch new products, and grow the premium furniture portfolio worldwide at the intersection of design, technology and digital experience.
Responsibilities
- Define product positioning and messaging for new launches and existing portfolio – highlighting personalization, premium design and seamless customer experience.
- Plan and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for new products (NPI) and portfolio extensions to maximize adoption, engagement and commercial performance.
- Take ownership of the entire customer journey for new products – from awareness to conversion and retention – ensuring consistent storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate within a cross‑functional team – Design, Product, Tech and E‑commerce – to bring products to life holistically, from concept to market launch.
- Work closely with designers, engineers and brand experts to align communication, creative assets and digital experience.
- Build a market and competitive intelligence process to track trends in premium furniture, digital experience and e‑commerce.
- Develop sales enablement tools (decks, product sheets, case studies) that empower internal teams to communicate product value effectively.
- Create engaging content that supports the full customer lifecycle – driving awareness, onboarding, retention and upsell.
- Track performance metrics (adoption rate, revenue contribution, CLTV, wishlist activity) and continuously optimize the GTM and communication strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Product Marketing within D2C or e‑commerce, ideally in premium lifestyle, design or consumer tech.
- Demonstrated success in launching new products (NPI) and managing portfolio growth.
- Strong storytelling and positioning skills bridging creativity and commercial goals.
- Deep understanding of the customer journey and how to optimize it for conversion and retention.
- Analytical mindset – ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams (product, design, tech).
- Fluency in Polish and English (written & spoken).
- Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week.
