Responsibilities
- Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for the full product portfolio
- Lead all go‑to‑market efforts for product and feature launches, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Growth
- Create and maintain product collateral, including decks, one‑pagers, FAQs, and battlecards for internal and external use
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization
- Translate technical capabilities into value‑driven narratives that resonate with HR, Finance, and Operations audiences
- Collaborate with Content and Growth teams to integrate product insights into campaigns and lifecycle marketing
- Enable Sales with storytelling frameworks and data‑backed materials to improve win rates and product adoption
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS (HRTech or FinTech experience is a plus)
- Proven experience leading GTM launches and creating customer‑focused messaging frameworks
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
- Comfort navigating technical product details and turning them into clear business value
- Collaborative mindset – comfortable working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing
