We are looking for a Product Manager for our client to support the execution of their product strategy by conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

1. Security Profile – combines vulnerabilities identified by SAST, DAST, and SCA code scanners (e.g., SonarQube, Cycode) with penetration testing results to provide a composite score for developer teams. Tools like Apiiro and Tableau are used for data collection and analysis.
2. Work with the Risk Analysis team to gather information from development teams to improve the prioritization of vulnerabilities, aiming to identify which ones to fix first for the greatest impact.
3. Collaborate with the Penetration Testing teams in the US and Poland to define common processes and techniques, ensuring similar and understandable work results.
4. Define a new issue type in JIRA for InfoSec to track security-related findings across different teams JIRA Boards.
5. Product Lifecycle Management.
6. Product Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap.
7. Market, Competitive, and Customer Analysis.
8. Collaborates on and may create the financial business models, conducts compelling business opportunity reviews with more senior team members.
9. Defines metrics that will be used to inform product success and help drive user experience improvements.
10. Designs product training curriculum; participates in cross-functional trainings and meetings.
11. Identifies partners to enhance or extend the product.
12. Supports with backlogs, working regularly with the team to refine and add detail where needed.
13. Test Case Definition and UAT Coordination.
14. Identifies and proactively includes correct stakeholders and communicates effectively.

Requirements:

1. 2-4 years of experience in technical product management (Information Security sector is a plus).
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
3. Practical understanding of Software development lifecycle.
4. Successful track record of launching new technology products from design through iteration, launch, and ongoing support and improvements.
5. Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / KANBAN) and Atlassian tools (i.e., Confluence and Jira).
6. Proven track record of successful collaboration with internal and external partners.
7. Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
8. Strong risk analysis and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
