Job Description

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product launches.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvement or new offerings.
• Prepare and present product roadmaps, progress reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept to discontinuation, ensuring profitability and relevance.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional strategies to drive product awareness and adoption.
• Manage relationships with external partners, suppliers, and agencies to optimise product development and delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager should have:

• A strong background in product management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in promoting original products, ideally in areas such as urology, gynecology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and customer needs
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and product lifecycle management
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions
• Fleunt English and driving license
