responsibilities :
Analyze demands and data provided by retailers, analysts and other market participants such as technology players and identify innovation trends out of that collected data pool,
Implement product strategy and roadmap content in collaboration with retail software product management leadership,
Define and document new / innovative use cases and extensions to existing use cases and drive alignment with other relevant stakeholders such as UXUI design, requirement engineers or software partner management,
Plan implementation and release of use cases and capabilities for continuous enhancement of our software products,
Initiate prototyping where applicable and appropriate in collaboration with UX Design, software architects, product managers and software partner management,
Interact with Diebold Nixdorf key customers for collecting user feedback and drive continuous improvement of our Retail Software Product Portfolio,
Work alongside product management peers and product marketing to drive market readiness and achieve Go-To-Market (GTM).
requirements-expected :
Industry expertise (3-5 years) in customer-centric or consumer-facing business environments, ideally in fast-paced and complex industries such as e-commerce, consumer services both in-store and at enterprise level, digital marketplaces, or large-scale B2C platforms,
Solid and demonstrable knowledge of core business processes relevant to product-led organizations with a focus on user journeys, operations, and service delivery in multi-channel and multi country environments,
Experience driving business process innovation, digital solution development, or user journey transformation in multinational organizations operating at scale,
Clear and proven experience as a software Product Manager (min 5 years), owning product vision, roadmap, prioritized backlogs and delivery in agile, cross-functional setups,
Experience in defining/ developing use cases and features in close collaboration with stakeholders including UX/UI design, partner managers, and technical teams,
Strong capability in documenting business and market-driven requirements in a structured, business-oriented way to support software development of impactful features and capabilities,
Experience in mapping use cases and user journeys across personas, and translating them into actionable input for software development teams, including business analysts, requirements engineers, and solution architects.
