Responsibilities

• Take over product management role for SPDs type 2 and type 3 product families
• Product portfolio management maintaining the profitability of the portfolio
• Sales and production forecast planning
• Processing of sales inquiries
• Support of PM team in forecast planning, product presentation material
• Support in price positioning and pricing strategies
• Coordination and optimization of PM processes, e.g. requirements management, market and competitor information management etc.
• Define new products and initiate development projects
• Define and manage go-to-market strategies

Our Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrotechnics or another equivalent field of study
• Knowledge in power supply systems (TN-S vs TN-C, AC vs DC systems)
• Experience in product management, lifecycle management, forecast planning
• Highly independent working skills
• Affinity to process and method based thinking and acting, creativity
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Very good English language skills

• Surge protection knowledge (surge protection basics, basic principle, varistor vs. GDT vs. spark gap, type 1 / type 2 / type 3 SPDs)
• Advanced PM knowledge (product strategy, market share, target markets, feature vs benefit, product launch experience)
