Position Overview

Product Manager Poultry. Lead marketing strategy and execution for poultry products, including digital initiatives, event coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration. Reporting to the Business Unit Director, the role works collaboratively with the Technical Team, Sales Team and other functions. Join us in shaping the future of animal health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic and tactical marketing plans for the defined poultry product portfolio.
  • Develop advertising and promotional campaigns on time and within expenditure budgets.
  • Manage multiple digital marketing projects across the PBU Business Unit.
  • Develop and execute social media strategy and content for key platforms.
  • Website management: content development and acquisition activities.
  • Support existing and future digital projects across the business.
  • Organize and manage internal and external customer meetings and congresses, including venue booking, event coordination, and marketing materials.
  • Prepare materials for sales meetings and attend sales meetings.
  • Translate company strategy into field activities, provide detailed market analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Manager and BU Director to manage promotion approvals, compliance tracking, purchase order and contract management.
  • Support Center of Excellence initiatives in the region.
  • Prepare and execute the marketing budget.

What Skills You Will Need

  • Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital and social media marketing techniques.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the veterinary industry is an advantage.
  • Project management experience is desirable.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Other Competencies

  • English – Advanced.
  • Driving licence category A.
