5+ years product management experience with 3+ years specifically in payments/fintech.
Deep technical knowledge - Understanding of payment rails (bank transfers, card networks, alternative payment methods), settlement processes, cross-border payments, and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record - Demonstrated success in improving payment approval rates and optimizing payment performance metrics.
PSP/Acquirer collaboration experience - Direct experience negotiating with and managing relationships with payment service providers, acquirers, and banking partners.
Data-driven approach - SQL proficiency for independent analysis, experience with payment KPIs and performance optimization.
Self-starter mentality - Proactive in identifying opportunities, researching solutions, and driving initiatives without micromanagement.
