Job Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned products to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product initiatives with organisational goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor product performance and generate actionable insights based on data analysis.
- Provide training and resources to sales teams (KAMs) to enhance product knowledge.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing plans.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management or marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in drug programs and in collaboration with an experienced team of KAMs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software for campaign management.
- A results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
