TESCO’s fulfilment operations are powered by one of the largest distribution and fulfilment networks in the world. Store Fulfilment is the backbone of the business and at the forefront of serving our Customers. Our fulfilment network ensures our Customers get their shopping, when, where and how they want it. Our fulfilment operations are on a progressive journey to embrace automation and modernise our applications, with technology at the heart of our industry leading plans.
We are looking for a Product Manager to be part of this journey, sharing our ambition to deliver for our Customers; with a proven track record, ideally in fulfilment, across Wearable devices, Front applications (e.g. Colleague & Management Applications) and the Backend which drives them (e.g. API, business logic & algorithms).
The ideal candidate will be results‑driven and lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our Android application for warehouse operations, designed specifically for wearable devices (e.g., handhelds, wrist‑mounted scanners, web). This role is critical in enhancing the productivity, safety, and efficiency of frontline warehouse colleagues.
You will collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and logistics teams to deliver a seamless and scalable product experience that supports real‑time inventory movement, task management, and operational accuracy within a fast‑paced fulfillment environment. If that sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you.
In return we offer excitement, a great team, an excellent benefit package, and significant career development opportunities. Joining us means playing a part in defining, building, and launching an ambitious roadmap of technology products in the Fulfilment Automation space.
